Relax Gaming Expands Network With ReelPlayTisha Walden | 14 Aug 2019
Relax Gaming’s already impressive content aggregation platform has become much more appealing, thanks to the addition of games powered by ReelPlay. The deal between the two providers came by way of the Powered By partnership programme.
The programme is for the provider’s partners that are commercially independent. It also has a Silver Bullet platform that offers content from partners that are represented commercially. Busted Hammer Carnival, Dragon 50,000 and Hypernova Megaways are among the popular ReelPlay games that will make it onto Relax Gaming’s network.
Provider Excited About Deal
Simon Hammon, the provider’s chief product officer, said his company will benefit from the addition of ReelPlay’s games. He explained that the studio’s games are attractive, and they are built on a foundation of years of experience. Hammon added that he was certain the provider and its partners on the Powered By and Silver Bullet platforms.
Relax Gaming was established in 2010 by Patrik Österåker and Jani Tekoniemi, who claim they had the idea for the company while drinking in a pub one evening. The brand is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, as well as by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, the Danish Gambling Authority, Romanian National Gaming Office, and the UK Gambling Commission. The provider employs more than 80 staff. Its platforms bring together more than 500 pokies, Bingo, and Poker games from different studios.
A Closer Look at ReelPlay
An Australian company, ReelPlay was founded in 2014. Before its 2019 rebranding, it was known as Chance Interactive.
The studio enjoys a good reputation for the quality of its casino games. Its growing portfolio indicates that it has knowledge and expertise in building games, mathematics, commerce, integration, and marketing.
The studio’s chief commercial officer, David Johnson said that he was pleased with the deal. He explained that one of the studio’s priorities is to increase the number of its distribution partners that offer scalability. Johnson added that Relax Gaming was more than able to offer this, as its channel of distribution was not only serviced well, it also is effective.
ReelPlay is not the only studio to have joined the Powered By platform recently. In July, Relax Gaming announced that it had signed a content distribution deal with Revolver Gaming. The London-based studio is known for popular titles such as Multiplier Man, Reign of Gnomes, Parrots of the Caribbean, Good Fishes, Wishes, and Robin Hood and His Merry Wins
